Kaprayy uses Google and Apple sign-in, so there is no password to remember or reset. Tap Sign in and choose whichever account you used before.

Go to your profile settings, where you can update your personal information, email, phone number, and other details.

You can report an issue through your order details page or contact our support team directly.

You can manage your notification preferences in the app settings under Notifications.
