This data is collected solely to list products on the Kaprayy marketplace and process orders. We act as a data processor on behalf of the merchant (data controller). All synced data is immediately and permanently deleted when a merchant disconnects their store.

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion.
ALL synced data -- including products, orders, and customer information -- is deleted immediately when a store disconnects or uninstalls the app.
Shopify access tokens are cleared immediately upon app uninstall.
Application logs are retained for 30 days.
Backups follow a 7-day rolling window and are encrypted at rest.
