Merchant & Store Data
When fashion brands connect their Shopify store to Kaprayy via our Shopify app, we collect and process the following data:
Store & Product Data

Order & Customer Data

- Customer names and email addresses
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Phone numbers for delivery
This data is collected solely to list products on the Kaprayy marketplace and process orders. We act as a data processor on behalf of the merchant (data controller). All synced data is immediately and permanently deleted when a merchant disconnects their store.

Data Retention
Consumer App
Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion.
Merchant / Shopify
ALL synced data — including products, orders, and customer information — is deleted immediately when a store disconnects or uninstalls the app.
Access Tokens
Shopify access tokens are cleared immediately upon app uninstall.
Logs
Application logs are retained for 30 days.
Backups
Backups follow a 7-day rolling window and are encrypted at rest.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
